Today, European Heart Journal published online telling that Easter Eggs & other chocolates may be good for health, atleast when consumed in smaller quantities. It also prefers if the chocolates consumed are dark chocolates. They have published that a new research was done, where they found that just once small square chocolate when consumed per day will help to reduce Blood Pressure & also reduces the risk of heart disease. Isn't it very interesting ?... I love to have chocolates, from now onwards even more... :-D

In Germany this research was conducted where they followed 9,357 people, who were aged between 35 to 65 years, for atleast 10 years & have found that, the peopled who ate most amount of chocolate with an average of 7.5 grams of chocolate a day had lower Blood Pressure & risk of having a heart attack was lower of 39% when compared to those people who ate very less amount of chocolate a day with an average of 1.7 grams of chocolate.
The difference between 2 groups was 6 grams a chocolate a day, which is nothing but just a small square of chocolate which comes in a 100g bar. So, friends here afterwards we can happily consume chocolates in small amounts because its not a harm at all... :-)
