We know that Internet is nothing but a complex set of network connections, which is very difficult to understand its properties. Scientists in recent times have been intensively studying about the complex network properties.
Prof. Cirac who is the Director at the Max Planck Institute of Quantum Optics, Germany along with his team of scientists have now introduced the complex networks in the microscopic, so called, quantum regim. They also proved that this quantum networks have a very surprising properties such as in a weakly connected quantum network, then doing some operations on quantum which helps in generating graphs of connections which a very unique feature & other networks doesn't have such kind of property.

In periodic networks, each & every single node will be connected to a constant number of neighbors. Hence, when these systems try to enlarge, then the topology is not at all altered. But, this is not in the case of random network, here each node will having some probability to connect to another node. Suppose, the probability becomes higher, then all those nodes will become a part of a giant cluster & if probability is too smaller then, only sparse groups of connected nodes will be available. Because of this property, it has the tendency to generate communication sub-graphs of any complexity.
