TeraDrive CT SSD is now available in 3 different storage capacities 60GB, 120GB & 240GB. This gadget used a controller called SandForce SF-1222 controller to control the device. The chips used in this latest gadget is either MLC NAND flash metal recall chips or SLC NAND flash metal recall chips with SATA 3.0 Gbps interface. The writing speed of this SSD is around 285Mbps which is just amazing in performance wise & moreover this speed can be also be extended up to 275Mbps.
